Upon arrival you will be met by a dedicated pickup service at the airport or train station. So look for someone holding a name sign once you have cleared Customs at the airport and enter the arrivals hall or train station. The pickup service will then take you to your hotel or apartment. Once there you will receive a warm welcome where you will get your personal information package, a local cell phone, and a brief introduction to the area, including location of the dentist, shops, restaurants, etc. Since you will most likely be tired you will then have time to settle in, get refreshed and rest up from your journey.

After you are settled in your dental tour provider will be available at your convenience to discuss further details regarding your dental work and your stay as well as your return to the airport or train station.

Usually you will already have your first dental appointment for the following day.  You will be picked up and taken to your dentist’s office and introduced to the dentist and his team where your treatment plan and schedule as well as costs will be agreed. You will then be "handed over" to your dentist and left in his care.
